Job Description
Dialog Network Services (Private) Limited (DNS) is seeking an Intern in Project Management to join our dynamic team. As a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, we are dedicated to providing top-notch network operations and development services to enhance digital connectivity in Sri Lanka.
The Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes to recruit talented individuals.
- Support new hire onboarding and resignation processes.
- Maintain employee records, handle HR queries, and assist in letter preparation.
- Help in payroll preparation and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and event planning for a positive work environment.
- Manage personal files and assist in documentation processes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI with experience in dashboard development and data modeling.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growing in business intelligence and analytics.
