Job Description
The Job
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties.
- Organize regular project meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and other logistical arrangements.
- Procurement Coordination and Maintaining the organization’s IT assets.
The Person
- Diploma in IT.
- Prior experience is not a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
