Job Description
- Assisting NOC staff at supporting multiple projects managed by MST NOC
- Perform Administrative activities on Operating systems (Windows / Linux)
- Monitor IT infrastructure using monitoring tools
- Maintaining documentation
- Assisting in R&D activities
- Sending progress reports Daily
- Windows 11 upgrade for low operating systems
- EOL hardware replacement
