Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Intern to join our IT Service Management team at LAUGFS Holdings. The IT Intern will be responsible for providing technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as assisting in installations and configurations of IT equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in smooth IT operations across all LAUGFS group companies
- Operating a service desk to resolve IT-related issues for end-users
- Handling Security Center tasks
- Conducting software and hardware troubleshooting
- Maintaining the Head Office PABX system and IT asset inventory
- Coordinating with IT equipment providers and service providers
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Vendor Certification in Microsoft/Cisco/Linux or related
- ITIL Certification is a plus
