Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated intern to join our team in the role of Intern – Internal Audit and Compliance. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client satisfaction surveys, auditing, and regulatory compliance processes within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Perform 360-degree compliance audits, Post Go Live audits, and the Client Exit Process.
• Process weekly reports for internal communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with company regulations and ISO standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues identified through Client Satisfaction Surveys and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Maintain Audit dashboard and other documents related to audit and compliance processes.

Requirements:

• Background in Business Management or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Prior experience in managing customer relationships and 3-6 months in a management domain is a plus.
