Job Profile:
- Assist with recruitment for Executive and senior-level positions.
- Support in drafting job advertisements and posting openings.
- Participate in candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and communication.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and background research.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Personal Profile:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
