Job Description
Dialog Network Services (Private) Limited (DNS), a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, offers network operations and development services focusing on digital connectivity for empowerment in Sri Lanka.
The Job:
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and talent acquisition.
- Support onboarding and resignation processes.
- Maintain employee records, handle HR queries, and assist in letter preparation.
- Contribute to Training & Development initiatives.
- Help with payroll preparation and employee engagement.
- Ensure HR policy compliance and legal requirements.
- Support day-to-day HR activities and special projects.
- Manage personal files and documentation.
The Person:
- Part or full HR qualification.
- Understanding of HR principles and practices.
