Job Description
Are you passionate about data and its role in shaping people strategies? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven HR Analytics Intern to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to drive business decisions.
- Support the creation of HR dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects related to workforce planning, recruitment metrics, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to ongoing data-driven projects and provide insights to improve HR processes.
What we’re looking for:
- A student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand manner.
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for learning.
