Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tool access and material allocation in PTE Labs tools.
- Update student master sheets for PTE and other academic programs.
- Collect score reports from recent test takers.
- Support the processing of new registrations for PTE programs.
- Assist with processing package upgrades and registration cancellations.
- Follow up on partial payments and ensure timely collections.
- Attend to departmental inquiries regarding student registrations.
- Counsel students on SR (Student Registration) issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to use various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace tools, email, and calendar tools, with a willingness to learn new IT tools and systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong multitasking and teamwork skills.
- Completion of a diploma or advanced diploma in a related field.
