Job Description
- Assist in the execution of firmware upgrades and deployment of patches for various security solutions.
- Contribute to creating, updating, and managing technical documentation.
- Participate in quarterly health checks for customers and assist in preparing detailed reports.
- Learn and assist in configuring critical security tools.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and provide insights to the team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support security-related projects.
