We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing and Client Relations Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies while also developing valuable client management skills. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments to execute digital marketing campaigns and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
2. Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, etc.
3. Create engaging content for social media posts [English & Sinhala].
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide recommendations for optimization.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide updates on campaign progress, and address any concerns or questions.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and proposals.
8. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and client management.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
5. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
6. Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
7. Previous experience in digital marketing or client relations is a plus.
