Requirements:
- Fully or partially qualified bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
- Basic knowledge of database management and SQL is a plus.
- Previous internship or coursework related to application support is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Enthusiasm for retail industry trends and technology advancements.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide support effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for various software applications used in retail execution and monitoring.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by users.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and document problems.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for application support procedures.
- Assist in training end-users on software applications.
- Monitor application performance and provide regular updates to the team.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and issues.
