Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team immediately.
Location: Colombo 03
Working Hours: Roster Basis
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Computer Science
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar capacity
- Hands-on experience in Fortinet
- Experience in system administration, server maintenance, overall security management, and workstation management
- End user hardware configuration and troubleshooting
- System access management
- Act as the secondary point of contact for general IT questions or assistance
- Designs and supports Service Desk process, forms, and tools
- Troubleshooting flaws in software, hardware configuration, communications equipment, and fixing problems
- Procurement of IT equipment, accessories, services
- Management of hardware repair and maintenance with 3rd party service centers/providers
- Management of office network (LAN, WiFi)
- Supervision of CCTV and access control systems operations
