Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Support Technician. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, supporting printers, and repairing computers.
Qualifications:
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Computer Repair skills
- Experience in supporting desktop computers and printers
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
