Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an IT Support Technician at Micronet Group. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, supporting printers, and repairing computers. The role will be primarily based in Puttalam, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Computer Repair skills
- Experience in supporting desktop computers and printers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant technical certifications or degrees
- Experience in the IT industry or related field
