Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for IT applications and hardware, ensuring timely assistance.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and network devices.
• Manage AD users, SharePoint, Teams, and other system users.
• Evaluate products, oversee vendor SLAs, and procure ICT resources.
• Prepare IT-related documents, reports, and implement security best practices.
• Perform other assigned IT tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience, preferably in finance.
• Quick learner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of IT security.
