We are hiring for the position of IT Support Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users through various channels.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
- Collaborate with the IT team on implementing solutions.
- Support deployment and maintenance of Azure cloud services.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required:
- BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer.
- Microsoft certified (O365/M365), Azure certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of windows client operating systems, PBX, DNS, TCP/IP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and willing to work night shifts.
