Job Description
We are looking for passionate individuals to be placed at our customer sites
(Locations: Biyagama | Ratmalana| Kuliyapitiya | Battaramulla| Hanwella | Kilinochchi)
Responsibilities
- Installation, set-up, and resolving of hardware and software on end-user desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Administration and First-level support.
- O365, email, internet, and Cloud solutions.
- Maintenance and management of servers and backups.
- Infrastructure First-level support and coordination with service providers in case of troubleshooting.
- Network Equipment’s Wi-Fi Network Maintenance Microsoft patch update and its complaints level.
- Coordination with group IT, head office IT management for various IT initiatives and their execution
Qualifications
- Degree/HND in any IT Related field.
- Minimum 1 Year experience.
- Able to communicate in English (Reading and Writing).
- Willing to work on weekends if required.
- Living within 15KM radius from the mentioned location.
