- Manage incidents and service requests using Jira Service Desk and Zendesk.
- Monitor production systems and generate reports using tools like Zabbix and Microsoft Azure.
- Implement automated alerts, provide technical support, and document solutions.
- Conduct R&D to enhance IT service management processes.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and English skills
- Ability to work in US/Canadian time zones
- Experience in IT customer support with skills in MySQL, Linux, and ITSM processes
