Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and deployment of new value-added services and enhancements
- Provide technical support and expertise for value-added services
- Work with internal teams, clients, and vendors for successful service delivery
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support for value-added services
- Strong technical skills and understanding of IT Service Management principles
