Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand client/user requirements.
- Set targets and timelines for the Project Tasks.
- Communicate with the client and relevant stakeholders.
- Work strictly on short deadlines efficiently both individually and as a team.
- Act as the single point of contact for the project.
- Customer requirement gathering.
- Identify and convert new customer requirements into opportunities.
- Involve in extensive documentation and communication via e-mails and phones.
- Communicate effectively with customers and back-end support teams.
- Monitor project performance, document & share with concerned parties.
- Analyze and produce reports on forecasts, feedback, progress, and incidents.
- Coordinate with technical staff and other supporting teams.
- Perform any other project-related duties assigned.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in managing Software Product(s) is a must.
- Experience delivering Managed Services would be a plus.
- Telecommunication Industry background would be advantageous.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good email communication skills.
