Job Description

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with software vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of priority projects like Salesforce/ Global Customer Support Portal and Factory Automation Projects.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful integration and implementation of ERP systems while managing resources, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in IT or Engineering.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing CRM/ ERP systems.
  • Solid background in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience in risk management and quality assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on large scale IT projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good understanding of Business Processes in Sales, Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Distribution processes.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively while maintaining a high level of quality assurance.
