Job Description
Job Duties
- Coordinate with software vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of priority projects like Salesforce/ Global Customer Support Portal and Factory Automation Projects.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure successful integration and implementation of ERP systems while managing resources, schedules, and budgets.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in IT or Engineering.
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing CRM/ ERP systems.
- Solid background in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in risk management and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on large scale IT projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good understanding of Business Processes in Sales, Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Distribution processes.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively while maintaining a high level of quality assurance.
