Job Description
Job related duties and responsibilities:
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Carry out tasks simultaneously at the same time.
- Meet tight deadlines ensuring quality of output.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Have an in and out awareness of all tasks in progress and maintain tracking of deliverables.
- Escalate any risks, issues or blockers to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate.
- Effective time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management Methodologies.
- Competency in G-suite applications and familiarity with project management software.
