Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Intern at FITS Express – ASC for UPS Sri Lanka located in Colombo. The IT Intern will be responsible for assisting technical support tasks, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and support. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to handle multiple tasks by prioritizing.
Qualifications
- Full or partial qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- IT Hardware and Software related skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
- Strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail
