Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Intern at FITS Express – ASC for UPS Sri Lanka located in Colombo. The IT Intern will be responsible for assisting technical support tasks, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and support. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to handle multiple tasks by prioritizing.
Qualifications
Full or partial qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
IT Hardware and Software related skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office package
Strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail
