Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and enforce IT protocols for streamlined operations.
- Provide expert advice on IT solutions selection.
- Deliver technical support and training for users.
- Serve as a bridge to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Install, configure software, and hardware for optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and address potential issues proactively.
- Perform troubleshooting and data restoration for uninterrupted operations.
- Oversee maintenance, license renewals, and upgrades.
- Evaluate supplier documentation and coordinate repairs.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- Proactive team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Quick learner with a passion for IT and growth.
- Self-motivated, driven by results, and eager for challenges.
- Familiarity with no-code platforms and SQL is a plus.
- “Can-do” attitude, ready to learn and grow.
