Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist at Micronet Group. Responsibilities include network administration, technical support, troubleshooting, network security, and daily IT tasks.
Qualifications
- IT Hardware Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills
- Technical Support and IT expertise
- Experience in IT Help Desk & infrastructure management
- System analysis and solution implementation abilities
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
