Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute comprehensive end-to-end projects by effectively managing the project team, including offshore members, suppliers, and customer dependencies.
• Oversee various work streams such as Design, Infrastructure/Data Centre, Software Development and Testing, Training, Business Change, and Transition to Support.
• Perform key project management tasks including planning, tracking progress against schedules, managing the project budget, facilitating team meetings, and producing detailed reports.
• Identify, assess, and resolve issues and risks while implementing change control processes. 
• Ensure timely sign-offs and agreements from all relevant parties.
• Serve as the primary local contact for customers and stakeholders, handling all aspects of system implementation and service delivery. 
• Maintain close contact with stakeholders and follow up to ensure responses and actions are completed.
• Adhere to governance policies for internal status and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects, covering the entire project lifecycle and successfully delivering within time and budget constraints.
• Proven experience working on projects with government entities as customers, understanding the unique challenges and requirements.
• Strong project management skills, particularly in schedule and financial management, as well as change control.
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• PMP certification or demonstrable proficiency in Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools, supported by extensive evidence of practical experience.
