Job Description

As a Helpdesk team member at The Job House (Pvt) Ltd, you will be responsible for providing first and second-level support for various technology services, including workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, and software.

Required skills include in-depth knowledge of Servers and Desktop Operating systems, Active Directory management, O365 Administration, Windows operating systems troubleshooting, WAN and LAN issue resolution, PC hardware repairs, and excellent communication skills.

Experience with ticketing systems is preferred.
