Job Description
Role:
- Install and configure computers, servers, and related appliances.
- Monitor the IT system and related infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain end-point protection.
- Perform data backups using advanced tools and timely backup restores.
- Provide resolutions for day-to-day IT-related issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance with support partners.
- Technical support for CCTV, FP Attendance Devices, PABX, Network Printers, etc.
- 365 Email Configuration on Notebook, MacBook, and Mobile Devices.
- Installation of required updates and patches on endpoints.
- Keep an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment, software, and licenses.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND/BSc or equivalent qualification in IT hardware and networking.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and trends.
- Vendor certifications such as Microsoft, CISCO, or Linux will be an added advantage.
- Technical writing skills.
- Must be a good team player.
- Good command of English, both verbally and in writing.
- Leisure sector experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Scienta and POS would be an added advantage.
