The Role:
- Maintain office IT infrastructure and handle IT maintenance tasks.
- Responsible for monitoring, analysis, program design, and implementing IT solutions.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of the IT business office environment.
- Analyze daily operation data, address infrastructure issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Provide IT helpdesk support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and conduct end-user training.
- Generate essential IT reports for management as needed.
This role is suitable if you have a professional IT background, system administration/networking experience, proficiency in Chinese, IT infrastructure management skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
