Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve networking, OS, and application issues.
- Respond to support requests professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and network configurations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance.
- Assist in the installation and troubleshooting of network devices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience with networking focus.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
