Role Description:
This full-time on-site role entails troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and IT operations.
- Address user tickets for hardware, software, and networking.
- Guide users on application installations and peripherals.
- Diagnose issues and provide step-by-step instructions.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and document solutions.
- Customize desktop applications to user needs.
- Follow up with clients and report feedback.
Working Hours:
Shifts available from 7 am to 11 pm.
