Job Description
Responsibility:
- Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the company, including network connectivity, hardware, software, database, and related systems.
- Ensure all systems are secure and operational.
- Execute daily/monthly routine IT infrastructure activities.
- Coordinate with service providers & system changes as required.
- Maintain the IT assets inventory and ensure all items are insured.
- Implement and maintain backups and restoration procedures for critical systems.
- Respond to IT-related issues and requests, providing technical support.
- Establish best practices for IT security.
Qualifications:
- HNDF / BSc. in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized university.
- Proficient in IT Infrastructure and Operating Systems.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates near Boralesgamuwa are preferred.
