Job Description
Qualifications:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users on various IT issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in managing IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience in Windows server and Linux operating systems including scheduling task and performing data backup.
- Strong knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VM Ware.
- Extensive understanding of VLAN, Routing, ACL, and NAT.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn in the IT industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum two-years work experience.
