Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to provide first-level support for IT users, system and network administration, maintain IT infrastructure, and troubleshoot IT-related issues, including PCs, laptops, and printers. Coordinating software development projects and automation processes.

The ideal candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma in IT from a recognized institute with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles. Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, networking protocols, Active directory, Software development lifecycle, and administration on Windows desktop/server OS, Linux, Microsoft o365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Power Apps etc.

Ability to work in a team and ability to work extended hours are key attributes.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues / Helpdesk administration
Systems and network administration
Maintain IT infrastructure / facilitate technical evaluations
Maintain IT inventory / payment / insurance details
Liaising with IT service providers and vendors
Coordinate software development and automation projects

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in information technology from a reputed institution
