Role Description
This full-time role at Jetwing Blue involves IT administration responsibilities such as technical support, network administration, system troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware and software
- Knowledge of Windows AD and Microsoft 365
- Experience in IP-PABX and IP Camera systems
- Proficiency in wired and wireless networking
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
Applicant’s Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of IT experience in the hospitality industry
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Linux, or Cisco are advantageous
- Experience with Scienter PMS is a plus
