Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern Information Technology Administrator at Formix located in Colombo. The Intern Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, network administration, system administration, and troubleshooting. The role will involve working closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Network Administration, and System Administration skills
- Troubleshooting and Information Technology knowledge
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
- Enrolled in or completed a degree program in Information Technology or related field is preferred
