Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for pursuing a career in Information Technology. Our Client is a subsidiary company of the Hong Kong Based International Group Limited, having 06 apparel manufacturing facilities island-wide and providing employment to 500 employees.

Role & Responsibility

• Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging applications.
• Managing all activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project deliveries.
• Defining timelines and resource allocations.
• Providing guidance to the team and ensuring they adhere to development standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the development process.
• Define and enforce development standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 6 years’ experience in the Apparel domain.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

You have proven knowledge in leading a development team.

You possess extensive problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dot Net Core, ASP.Net with MVC and other .NET technologies, Angular, API, and SQL Server.

Previous exposure to AGILE development methodologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
