Job Description

Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Information Security Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in securing our digital assets through the administration and operation of our Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platform. You’ll work closely with our security engineers to gain practical skills in threat detection, incident response, and endpoint security best practices.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Familiarity with endpoint security concepts (antivirus, malware, intrusion detection).
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols.
• Strong interest in learning and developing skills in EDR technologies (e.g., SentinelOne, CrowdStrike).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of EDR agents across our environment.
• Monitor EDR alerts and assist in investigating potential security incidents.
