Job Description

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities within the industrial solutions sector.
• Degree / HND or Diploma in Engineering, Materials science, or a Related Technical field.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• 3-4 years of Hands-on Experience in the related field.
• Energetic, Dynamic, and Motivated Young Professional.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Verbal and Email Communications across a Broad Spectrum of Stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to formulate and execute business development strategies.
• Emphasis on Positive Attitude and Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and contracts with new clients.
• Must be an Avid Learner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Application Knowledge in chemicals (Lubricants/Adhesives/etc.) would be an added advantage.
• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, alliances, and collaborate to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
