Requirements:
- BSc Engineering, NDT, NDES, HND or equivalent Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum ten years of experience in PCB Assembling.
- Knowledge of LEAN management is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (English).
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience in SAP ERP system.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage New Product Implementation, manufacturing engineering, and technical documentation of PCB assembling process.
- Communicate with customers on technical and process development of PCB assembling.
- Lead and guide industrial engineering staff and operators to meet departmental KPIs.
- Ensure safe and efficient working environment.
- Handle technical aspects of RFQ process and tool selection.
- Implement new product via SAP ERP system.
