Job Description

A Leading Apparel Manufacturing Company in Sri Lanka, Uconnect, is seeking a talented Industrial Engineering Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Generate SMV’s production-related improvements and implement simple automation.
Utilize machinery to maximize efficiencies and reduce material waste.
Generate Optimum Thread usage for Production.
Identify garment construction techniques and propose to technical teams.
Identify nonvalue-added activities and work on process improvements.

Qualifications:

4-5 years of production environment experience.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Knowledge in automation, machinery, sewing techniques, and workplace arrangements.
GSD license and direct experience in automation projects would be advantages.
Good at numbers, analytical, and self-driven.
Qualified in apparel industrial engineering from a recognized body.
