Job Description

Location: Katunayaka
We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Executive to join our team at Gamage Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have a degree in clothing technology, physical science, engineering, or a diploma in work study from a recognized institute with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on working experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Check production schedule and analyze upcoming styles
- Analyze garment construction and suggest sewing methods
- Improve methods/processes to minimize garment SMV
- Monitor production parameters and ensure smooth flow
- Identify skill requirements and increase multi-skilled operators
- Maintain efficiency levels during style changeover
Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant field or diploma
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- GSD license holder preferred
- Proficiency in English
What We Offer:
Salary Range: Rs.65k – Rs.100k
Preference: Candidates from the Kandy Area
