Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, project execution, software development
- Develop and implement strategies for market expansion and business growth
- Identify and target new business opportunities, maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with technical teams on automation solutions
- Manage sales process, conduct market research, and negotiate contracts
- Lead team and customer training, possess leadership qualities
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years experience in industrial automation with business development
- In-depth knowledge in PLC/VFD/HMI/SCADA products (Preferred brands: SIEMENS, ALAN BRADLEY, OMRON, MITSUBISHI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechatronics/Automation Engineering
- Strong technical, sales, negotiation, and communication skills
