Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inbound Manager to oversee the holiday operations of our company. As an Inbound Tourism Manager at Fits Holidays, you will be responsible for managing the inbound business unit, liaising with suppliers, hotels, and partners, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Liaise with outstation offices and partners for seamless communication and collaboration.
- Execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Identify new suppliers, hotels, and improve process efficiency.
- Visit and assess service quality at hotels and activity locations.
- Respond to customer feedback and provide accurate pricing information.
