Job Description

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in inbound tour operations
• Expertise in developing, designing, and curating tour packages
• Skills in negotiating rates, managing bookings, handling invoices
• Proficiency in business communication and computer applications
• 24/7 customer/agent support capability
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with subordinates and customers
• Meeting sales targets
