Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inbound Manager to oversee the holiday operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inbound business unit, liaising with suppliers, hotels, and partners, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with outstation offices and partners for seamless communication.
- Execute sales strategies for business growth.
- Identify new suppliers, hotels, and manage inbound operations.
- Liaise with coach operators, airlines, and more.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Visit hotels to assess service quality.
- Collect and respond to customer feedback.
- Provide accurate quotes and pricing information.
- Handle bookings, invoicing, and ticketing.
- Maintain accurate records using MIS.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in holiday operations and customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
