Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Apartment operations
- Proactive approach towards apartment owner/tenant relationships
- Maintain high Luxury Standards as part of facilities management
- Ensure safety and security regulations
- Liaison with local administration and Regulatory compliances
- Develop long-term strategies to enhance property value and resident retention.
- Identify market trends and recommend new amenities or services to meet resident needs.
- Coordinate with senior management on expansion, renovations, and future developments.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Hospitality Industry professional with excellent communication, guest handling, and administrative skills.
- Experience as Senior Operations Manager/General Manager/Guest Relations/Executive Housekeeper in a Luxury/Upscale property (hotel/resorts/residences);
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
