Job Description

• Manage the recruitment process following the set procedures.
• Prepare monthly reviews on crew recruitment for Business Units.
• Maintain and update crew database for accurate candidate information.
• Collaborate with Finance for invoicing successful placements.
• Analyze data to create reports and presentations on seafarer recruitment.
• Conduct annual operational procedure reviews for enhancements.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 6 Credit passes in GCE O/L, including Maths and English.
• 3 passes in GCE A/L.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Human Resources or equivalent.
• Familiar with Maritime Labour Convention, especially “Seafarer Recruitment and Placement.”
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
